JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – After months of discussion with the online service companies, the state courts administrator’s office has announced Yahoo and AOL no longer are flagging e-mails from the courts.mo.gov domain as “spam.”

This means attorneys and members of the public relying on Yahoo or AOL as their e mail provider will be able to receive directly into their inboxes messages from the Missouri eFiling System (including eNotice and eService) as well as popular Missouri Courts electronic services such as Track This Case, Pay By Web and Plead and Pay, in addition to individual e mails sent by court staff statewide.

The state courts administrator’s staff first became aware of the problem near the end of 2021 and has been working with the online service companies to resolve the issue ever since.
