ST. LOUIS – Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 10.28(d), the 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission releases the following information relating to applicants for the associate circuit judge vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Michael K. Mullen to circuit judge: 27 applicants, 12 women, 15 men, 15 minorities, 12 non-minorities, 10 presently employed in the private sector, 14 presently employed in the public sector and three presently employed in both private and public sectors. The applicants' mean age is 41.7.

The members of the Twenty-Second Circuit Judicial Commission are: Chief Judge of the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District Nannette A. Baker, Thomas Schwartz, Mary Anne Sedey, Stephen Doss and June Bosley Dabney-Gray.
