In re:
 
(1) Repeal of Regulation 5 of subdivision 8.03, entitled "Requirements for Admission to the Bar," of Rule 8, entitled "Admission to the Bar," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new Regulation 5 of subdivision 8.03, entitled "Requirements for Admission to the Bar," of Rule 8, entitled "Admission to the Bar."
 
(2) Repeal of subtitle for subdivisions 17.20 to 17.25, entitled "Filing to Disposition Time Standards," of Court Operating Rule 17, entitled "Case Processing Time Standards," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subtitle for subdivisions 17.20 to 17.27, entitled "Filing to Disposition Time Standards," of Court Operating Rule 17, entitled "Case Processing Time Standards."
 
(3) Repeal of subdivision 17.26 of Court Operating Rule 17, entitled "Case Processing Time Standards," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision 17.26 of Court Operating Rule 17, entitled "Case Processing Time Standards."
 
ORDER
 
 
1.  It is ordered that effective July 1, 2015, Regulation 5 of subdivision 8.03 of Rule 8 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new Regulation 5 of subdivision 8.03 of Rule 8 adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

8.03 REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION TO THE BAR

5. Applicants for admission by examination who are successful in the examination but who have not satisfied all other requirements for admission on the date that examination results are released will be notified in writing that they have passed the examination. The examination scores of such applicants will be released to them but their name will not be posted on the Internet or otherwise released to the public until all requirements for admission have been satisfied. The board shall not release the examination results of an applicant where there is reasonable concern that the scores are invalid for any reason until such time as the validity of the scores are confirmed.

2. It is ordered that effective July 1, 2015, the subtitle for subdivisions 17.20 to 17.25 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subtitle for subdivisions 17.20 to 17.27 of Court Operating Rule 17 adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

3. It is ordered that effective July 1, 2015, subdivision 17.26 of Court Operating Rule 17 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 17.26 of Court Operating Rule 17 adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

COURT OPERATING RULE 17.26

17.26 Periods of time during which a defendant is in a court-supervised specialty court or program (e.g., drug, DWI, mental health, child support, domestic violence), from admission through exit, or is being evaluated or hospitalized pursuant to section 552.020, RSMo, shall be excluded from the age of the case that precipitated entry into the specialty court or program or resulted in the evaluation or hospitalization.

4.  The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
 
5.  It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
 
6.  It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
