In re:

Repeal of Appendix A, entitled "Standards for Operation of a Juvenile Detention Facility," to the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Juvenile and Family Court Divisions of the Circuit Court and in lieu thereof adoption of a new Appendix A, entitled "Standards for Operation of a Secure Juvenile Detention Facility," to the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Juvenile and Family Court Divisions of the Circuit Court.
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective January 1, 2015, Appendix A, entitled "Standards for Operation of a Juvenile Detention Facility," to the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Juvenile and Family Court Divisions of the Circuit Court be and the same is hereby repealed and new Appendix A, entitled "Standards for Operation of a Secure Juvenile Detention Facility," adopted in lieu thereof to read as attached.

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
