Adoption of Court Operating Rule 29, entitled "Juvenile Officer Practice of Law."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective January 1, 2014, Court Operating Rule 29 be and the same is hereby adopted to read as follows: COURT OPERATING RULE 29 JUVENILE OFFICER PRACTICE OF LAW
COURT OPERATING RULE 29.01 LIMITATIONS ON PRACTICE OF LAW
COURT OPERATING RULE 29.01 LIMITATIONS ON PRACTICE OF LAW
Those juvenile officers and their staff who are not licensed to practice law in this state shall not engage in the practice of law.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
4. The state courts administrator is directed to provide a copy of this order to each presiding circuit judge, each family court division administrative judge, each juvenile officer, and such other persons as he deems appropriate.
