In re:
Correction of references to Rule 81.12(e) in subdivisions (d) and (e) of subdivision 81.15, entitled "Certification of Record on Appeal," of Rule 81, entitled "Appeals."
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective July 1, 2010, the references to "Rule 81.12(e)" in subdivisions (d) and (e) of subdivision 81.15 of Rule 81 be corrected so that the references shall be to "Rule 81.12(f)."
2. The provisions of this Court's December 22, 2009, order correcting references to "Rule 81.12(e)" in subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 81.15 of Rule 81 are vacated.
3. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
4. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
