1.  Effective July 1, 2009, the attached juvenile case processing standards are approved for use in all delinquency proceedings in juvenile and family court divisions of the circuit court.

2.  The office of state courts administrator shall distribute a copy of this order and the attachment to each presiding circuit judge, each judge assigned to a juvenile division, each judge assigned to a family court division, and such other persons as may be appropriate.
