In re:
Vacation of order adopting changes to Rule 56.01(b)(4) relating to discovery from experts.
ORDER
1. In an order dated June 23, 2008, this Court adopted a change in Rule 56.01(b)(4) to be effective January 1, 2009. All portions of that order relating to Rule 56.01(b)(4) are hereby vacated, and the rule shall remain in effect as it appeared on January 1, 2008.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
