In re:
Delayed Effective Date for Proposed Court Operating Rule 25, entitled "Services by Court Clerks and Staff In Family Law Cases."
ORDER
1. To allow this Court to receive further input from practitioners interested in the recommendations of the Joint Pro Se Implementation Commission concerning the accessibility of courts to self-represented family court litigants, the Court delays until further order the effective date of proposed Court Operating Rule 25.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
4. The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to each presiding circuit judge and circuit clerk and such other persons as the administrator deems appropriate.
