In re:
Repeal of Rule 4, entitled “Rules of Professional Conduct,” including the Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, Code Comparisons, and Supplemental Missouri Comments, thereto, and in lieu thereof adoption of a new Rule 4, entitled “Rules of Professional Conduct,” including the Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, and Supplemental Missouri Comments, thereto.
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective July 1, 2007, Rule 4, including the Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, Code Comparisons, and Supplemental Missouri Comments, thereto, are hereby repealed and a new Rule 4 including the Preamble, Scope, Rules, Comments, and Supplemental Missouri Comments, thereto, adopted in lieu thereof to read as attached hereto.

2. With respect to Rule 4-1.2, Scope of Representation, the Court has not considered the question of amending the rule with respect to limited representation (sometimes referred to as “unbundled services”), a matter under study by The Missouri Bar and this Court’s Civil Rules Committee. Pending conclusion of study and report by the Bar and the Committee, this order retains current Rule 4-1.2 without any substantive change.
3. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
4. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
