Because of the enactment of Senate Bill 447, which provides for increased funding for legal services in Missouri, the fee for filing cases in the Supreme Court of Missouri is going up. Effective August 28, 2003, the new filing fee will be $70. This reflects the $20 increase mandated by the legislation.
