In re:
(1) Repeal of Special Rule No. 1, entitled “Form of Briefs in This Court – Disk Required, When.”
(2) Vacation of order adopting Rule 29.17, entitled “Post-conviction Motion for Forensic DNA Testing not Available at Trial,” of Supreme Court Rule 29, entitled “Misdemeanors or Felonies – Verdict, Sentence and New Trial.”
ORDER
1. It is ordered that Special Rule No. 1 be and the same is hereby repealed. See Rule 84.06.
2. It is ordered that the February 20, 2001, order of this Court adopting Rule 29.17 be and the same is hereby vacated and for naught held. See sections 547.035 and 547.037 as contained in Conference Committee Substitute for House Substitute for House Committee Substitute for Senate Substitute for Senate Committee Substitute for Senate Bill No. 267, 91st General Assembly, effective August 28, 2001.
4. It is It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
5. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
