In re:

Correction of order entered December 15, 2000, effective July 1, 2001


In an order adopted December 15, 2000, effective July 1, 2001, this Court revised the method of filing briefs in the appellate courts.  The order inadvertently failed to repeal two subdivisions that are in conflict with that order.

Now, Therefore, it is ordered that effective July 1, 2001, subdivision 84.04(j), entitled “Page Limitations,” and subdivision 84.05(g), entitled “Briefs on Disk in This Court,” of Supreme Court Rule 84, entitled “Procedure in All Appellate Courts,” are repealed.

It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.

It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
