In re:
Modification of subdivision (b) of subdivision 6.03, entitled "Election to Become Inactive," and subdivisions (a) and (b) of subdivision 6.07, entitled "Disposition of Inactive and Enrollment Fees," of Supreme Court Rule 6, entitled “Annual Enrollment Statement."
ORDER
1. By order of May 14, 1999, this Court adopted a new Supreme Court Rule 6, entitled “Annual Enrollment Statement," to be effective January 1, 2000, which order is included in volume 989 - 990 South Western Reporter, Second, Missouri Cases series, beginning at page XXIII. The Court hereby modifies subdivisions 6.03(b) and 6.07(a) and (b) as they appear in said order. As modified, said subdivisions shall become effective January 1, 2000, and shall read as follows:
6.03 ELECTION TO BECOME INACTIVE

(b) A lawyer recorded as inactive shall pay annually to the clerk of this Court a fee of $50. The fee shall be paid as provided in Rule 6.01(a). At the time of paying the fee, the lawyer shall provide the clerk with a current mailing address.
6.07 DISPOSITION OF INACTIVE AND ENROLLMENT FEES
(a) One-half of the annual fees collected from lawyers who are inactive, that portion of the enrollment fee constituting the bar fee, and all penalties collected shall be deposited promptly by the clerk of this Court as ex officio treasurer of The Missouri Bar in an account in the name of "The Missouri Bar".
(b) One-half of the annual fees collected from lawyers who are inactive and that portion of the enrollment fee constituting the advisory committee fee shall be deposited promptly by the clerk of this Court as ex officio treasurer of the advisory committee fund in an account in the name of "The Advisory Committee Fund".

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar. 3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
