In re:

Adoption of a new subdivision (g) of Administrative Rule 20.


It is ordered that a new subdivision (g) of Administrative Rule 20 be and the same is hereby adopted to read as follows:

(g) Information about an individual lawyer or applicant maintained by the board of law examiners or the attorney enrollment section of this Court shall not be disclosed other than to the subject lawyer or applicant, except that the following information may be disclosed: a lawyer’s current address, bar number, license date, reinstatement date, and current status as a member of The Missouri Bar.  Other information about an individual may be disclosed upon written request that sets out a reason for the request.  Such requests shall be directed to the clerk of this Court, who shall have discretion to make an appropriate disclosure.
