ORDER
In re: Juvenile Division Education Advisory Committee
ORDER
There is hereby created a Juvenile Division Education Advisory Committee. The committee, subject to guidance from the Coordinating Commission for Judicial Department Education, shall develop and conduct educational activities for personnel of the juvenile and family court divisions of the circuit courts.
Members of the committee, except as provided in this order, shall serve for a term of two years. Members may succeed themselves for one additional consecutive term of two years and may serve additional nonconsecutive terms as appointed by this Court.
The following are appointed to a term expiring on June 30, 2000, or when their successors are appointed and qualified:

Mark Millsap, Probation Supervisor, Greene County;
Betty Conyers Patton, Chief Juvenile Officer, 22nd Judicial Circuit;
Lisa Smith, Juvenile Officer, 13th Judicial Circuit;
Stan Smith, Chief Juvenile officer, 37th Judicial Circuit;
Jennifer S. Thompson, Coordinator, Community Outreach & Development, Jackson County.
The following are appointed to a term expiring June 30, 1999, or when their successors are appointed and qualified:
- Cindy Kennel Ayers, Chief Juvenile Officer, 41st Judicial Circuit;
Ray Carson, Director, Buchanan County Academy, Buchanan County;
Julie Cole-Agee, Executive Director, Missouri Juvenile Justice Association, Cole County;
Marie Dargan, Director of Delinquency Services, St. Louis County;
Barbara Smith, Director of Court Services, Scott County;
Cathie Van Matre, Juvenile Officer, 12th Judicial Circuit.
Stan R. Smith is appointed chair of the committee.
The committee is authorized to meet at such places and times as determined by the chair and will be reimbursed actual expenses as authorized for state employees.
