ORDER
In re: Clerk Training Academy Advisory Committee
ORDER
There is hereby created a Clerk Training Academy Advisory Committee. The committee, subject to guidance from the Coordinating Commission for Judicial Department Education, shall develop and conduct educational activities for court clerks.
Members of the committee, except as provided in this order, shall serve for a term of two years. Members may succeed themselves for one additional consecutive term of two years and may serve additional nonconsecutive terms as appointed by this Court.
The following are appointed to a term expiring on June 30, 2000, or when their successors are appointed and qualified:
- Glenda Gill, Manager, Criminal and Traffic Division, St. Louis County;
Pam Glastetter, Circuit Clerk, Scott County;
Rhonda Jurgens, Associate Circuit Clerk, Crawford County;
Mary Lindsey, Probate Clerk, Lewis County;
Hope Spurgeon, Associate Circuit Clerk, Marion County;
Cheryl Whitmarsh, Circuit Clerk, Boone County.
The following are appointed to a term expiring June 30, 1999, or when their successors are appointed and qualified:
- Jammey Brandes, Circuit Clerk, Cooper County;
Melba Houston, Circuit Clerk, Lincoln County;
Beverly Kennedy, Chief Deputy Clerk, Probate, Jackson County;
Faye Leonard-Harley, Personnel Director, St. Louis City;
Mary Ann McClure, Director of Civil Records, Jackson County;
Veronica Sterling, Presiding Judge Secretary, 44th Judicial Circuit.
- Cheryl Whitmarsh is appointed chair of the committee.
The committee is authorized to meet at such places and times as determined by the chair and will be reimbursed actual expenses as authorized for state employees.
