JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Supreme Court of Missouri today received the attached report from its municipal division work group:

The Court extends its appreciation to the members of the work group for this comprehensive report, to which the Court will give careful study. A member of the work group, Judge Karl A. W. DeMarce of Scotland County, has agreed to oversee implementation of those reforms the Court adopts after reviewing the work group’s report.
