ORDER

 

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court that Respondent pleaded guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. §371 in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, in United States of America, Plaintiff, v. James Douglas Barding, Defendant, Case No. 13-04026-02-CR-C-SRB and said conviction is now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said James D. Barding is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that James D. Barding comply in all respects with 5.27 - Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
