The 2024 Traffic Bench Guide is a quick reference manual for the use of judges, prosecutors and lawyers involved in the disposition of traffic cases.

This year, as in recent years, there have been a number of legislative changes that affect traffic offenses. Among others, there have been significant changes in the requirements for municipal violations, fine schedules and expungements.

The 2024 Traffic Bench Guide was made possible by a grant from the Missouri Department of Transportation, Division of Highway Safety under contract number 24-RS-11-002.
