In re: John M. Spencer, MBE No. 48107
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the stipulation and statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision filed by the parties;
The Court finds that Respondent, John M. Spencer, Missouri Bar No. 48107, violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct by his conviction of the offense of domestic assault in the third degree in violation of §565.074, in State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. John M. Spencer, Defendant, Buchanan County Circuit Court Case No. 14BU-CR00616 and, therefore, Respondent should be disciplined.
Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, John M. Spencer, is hereby reprimanded.
Fee ordered pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
