ORDER

Whereas the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No. 4:15CR00486 HEA, entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Bliss Barber Worrell, Defendant, is now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Bliss Barber Worrell be and she is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Bliss Barber Worrell comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
