ORDER

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court that on June 20, 2016, Respondent pled guilty to two misdemeanor counts of violation of Section 575.060 RSMo in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, in the case of State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. Floyd A. McRae, Defendant in Boone County Circuit Court Case No. 15BA-CR-1385 and said convictions are now final;

Respondent was previously suspended from the practice of law on June 30, 2015, in Supreme Court Case No. SC95017 and although eligible to apply for reinstatement remains suspended at this time;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be further disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent remain suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained by the Court for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the said Floyd A. McRae comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
