ORDER
 
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Timothy Clark Meyer’s license to practice law was suspended by the Supreme Court of Kansas pursuant to the opinion of that Court in Case No. 114,097, 362. P. 3d 598 (2015) entitled In the Matter of Timothy Clark Meyer, Respondent.

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-8.4(b) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and

On July 15, 2016, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent did not file a response to the same;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Timothy Clark Meyer, is suspended from the practice of law in this State and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of two years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Timothy Clark Meyer, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
