ORDER
 
Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on February 3, 2015, suspending Respondent from the practice of law with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation; and

Thereafter, on October 27, 2015, the Court having issued an order extending Respondent’s probation until February 3, 2019, due to violations of probation;

Informant having filed a motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked on August 2, 2016; and

This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent on August 3, 2016, to which Respondent filed a response on August 18, 2016; and

The Court finding that Respondent has violated conditions 2a, 3a, 5, and 6d of his probation as set forth in the order of this Court dated February 3, 2015, in addition to violations of Rules 4-8.1(c) and 4-8.4(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;

Now, therefore, Joby J. Raines’ probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and the sanction specified in this Court’s February 3, 2015, order is imposed.

Respondent, Joby J. Raines, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state, and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Joby J. Raines comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
