ORDER
 
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed the complete record before the disciplinary hearing panel and said cause having been fully briefed and argued;

The Court finds Respondent violated Rules 5.27, 4-5.5, and 4-1.15 of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined.

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Respondent, Douglas A. Walker, Jr., is suspended from the practice of law in this state and that no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the Respondent, Douglas A. Walker, Jr., comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
