In re: James A. Hanson, MBE No. 57147
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and having reviewed the information and motion for reciprocal discipline and Respondent’s response to the same, the Court finds that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained as Respondent, James A. Hanson violated Rules 4-4.4(a) and 4-8.4.(d) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined as a result of having been disciplined by the order of the Supreme Court of Indiana in In the Matter of: James A. Hanson, Case No. 02S00-1507-DI-411 dated February 15, 2016.
Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, James A. Hanson, is hereby reprimanded.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
