In re:
(1) Correction of subdivision 83.05(h), entitled "Application – Form – Contents," of Rule 83, entitled "Transfers from Court of Appeals to this Court."
ORDER
1. The Court hereby corrects subdivision 83.05(h) of Rule 83 by substituting the figures "81.006" for the figures "81.015". As corrected, effective January 19, 2017, subdivision 83.05(h) shall read as follows:
83.05 APPLICATION - FORM - CONTENTS
* * *
(h) All parties shall be served pursuant
to Rule 81.006 with a copy of any application for transfer on or before
the date of filing.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
