In re: Harold David Nations, MBE No. 66753
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe Respondent, Harold David Nations, is guilty of professional misconduct; and
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed with said information, pursuant to Rule 5.13, a notice of default, notifying this Court that Respondent, Harold David Nations, failed to timely file an answer or other response within the time required although Respondent was served pursuant to the provisions of Rule 5.18 and 5.11, and;
Therefore, pursuant to Rule 5.13, Respondent is in default.
Further, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a recommendation for discipline and suggestions in support thereof; and
Respondent having failed to provide any suggestions as to discipline pursuant to Rule 5.13(b); and
It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined as a result of violation of Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.5, 4-1.15, 4-8.1(c), and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the said Harold David Nations be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Harold David Nations comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
