ORDER
 
Whereas, Respondent was suspended on an interim basis pursuant to Rule 5.21(a) on October 21, 2015, in In re: Eldon L. Boisseau, Respondent;

Whereas the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas in Case No. 14-cr-10180-EFM, entitled United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Eldon L. Boisseau, Defendant, is now final;

The Court finds Respondent guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Eldon L. Boisseau be and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Eldon L. Boisseau comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
