ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and having reviewed the information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 and Respondent’s response to the same, the Court finds that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained as Respondent, Richard F. Haitbrink violated Rules 4-1.4(a), 4-1.8(h)(1), 4-1.15(a), 4-1.16(d), and 4-2.1 of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined as a result of having been disciplined by the Supreme Court of Kansas in In the Matter of Richard Haitbrink, Respondent, Supreme Court of Kansas case number 114,829.
Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, Richard F. Haitbrink, is hereby reprimanded.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
