In re: Karl W. Dickhaus, MBE No. 47951

ORDER


WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel pursuant to Rule 5.19(c) informing the Court that Respondent Karl W. Dickhaus  has violated Rules 4-1.7(b), 4-1.3, 4-1.4, and 4-8.1(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

Respondent was previously suspended with said suspension stayed and Respondent placed on probation in Supreme Court Case No. SC88151;

This Court does find that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Karl W. Dickhaus, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Karl W. Dickhaus, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
