Note: By order dated June 12, 2017, the Supreme Court of Missouri stayed execution of this order until June 22, 2017, when it ordered the suspension to become effective.
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, having considered the motion for show cause order why probation should not be revoked filed herein and the Respondent’s response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent, David Joseph Riesenmy, Missouri Bar No. 34921, has violated the terms of probation set forth in the order of this Court dated October 29, 2013, by the conduct set forth in the motion for show cause order why probation should not be revoked filed by Informant on February 15, 2017, and should be disciplined.
Respondent’s probation as set forth in the order of this Court dated October 29, 2013, is hereby revoked, and Respondent is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law. No petition for reinstatement shall be entertained for a period of one year from this date.
It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
