In re: Anthony P. Gilbreth, MBE No. 59456

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, and having reviewed the information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 and Respondent’s response to the same, the Court finds that the motion for reciprocal discipline is sustained as Respondent, Anthony P. Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, Anthony P. Gilbreth, is hereby reprimanded.
