ORDER
 
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe Respondent, David Robert Deal, is guilty of professional misconduct; and

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed with said information, pursuant to Rule 5.13, a notice of default, notifying this Court that Respondent, David Robert Deal, failed to timely file an answer or other response within the time required although Respondent was properly served;

Therefore, pursuant to Rule 5.13, Respondent is in default.

Further, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a recommendation for discipline and suggestions in support thereof; and

Respondent having failed to provide any suggestions as to discipline pursuant to Rule 5.13(b); and

It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined due to violation of Rules 4-5.5(e), 4-8.4(c), 4-8.4(d), and 4-8.1(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the said Robert David Deal is hereby suspended indefinitely with no leave to reapply for reinstatement for a period of three years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that the said David Robert Deal comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
