Pursuant to the order of this Court dated November 24, 2015, Petitioner was reinstated to the practice of law and placed on probation for a period of eighteen months. The terms of probation included the requirement that Petitioner pay past due fees and penalties in the amount of $2735.00 prior to the expiration of the probationary period.

Petitioner’s motion for additional time to pay fees and penalties filed herein is overruled.

Pursuant to the order of this Court issued November 24, 2015, Petitioner’s probation is revoked and Petitioner is suspended from the practice of law in this State. No petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of one year from the date of this order.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
