ORDER
 
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule 5.24 advising that there is probable cause to believe Respondent has committed professional misconduct and, therefore, poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.

The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises does adjudge that probable cause exists that Respondent has committed professional misconduct and, therefore, poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Steven Dyer, is hereby immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 5.24 pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceedings that may be brought as a consequence of the conduct described in the information.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Steven Dyer, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
