In re: Judgment forms for dissolution of marriage, paternity, child custody and support, and modification.
ORDER
1. The attached judgment forms, having been prepared by this Court's Committee on Access to Family Courts and reviewed by the Court, are hereby adopted and approved for use in proceedings for dissolution of marriage, legal separation, parentage, and the modification of a judgment in such proceedings. The forms are effective January 1, 2017.

These forms supersede any similar forms previously approved by this Court.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
