In re: William Kenneth Alderfer, Jr.,MBE No. 39552

ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel pursuant to Rule 5.19(c) informing the Court that Respondent William Kenneth Alderfer has violated Rules 4-8.4, 4-1.1, 4-1.3 and 4-5.5 of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

This Court does find that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, William Kenneth Alderfer, Jr., is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of 4 years from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that William Kenneth Alderfer, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
