ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising the Court that Respondent was suspended for a period of three years by the Kansas Supreme Court on May 16, 2008, in Case No. 99,410, In the Matter of Edward F. Walsh, IV, for violation of the Kansas Rules of Professional Misconduct; and

Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated Rules 4-4.1, 4-3.4(f) and 4-8.4(d) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct;

On July 8, 2008, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent; and

Respondent filed a response to said show cause order on September 2, 2008;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Edward F. Walsh, IV., is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of one year from May 16, 2008.

It is further ordered that Edward F. Walsh, IV, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
