ORDER
WHEREAS, in this Court the Disciplinary Hearing Panel filed the complete record and the parties fully briefed and argued said cause; and
WHEREAS, the Court finds that Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher, has violated Rules 4-8.1(a), 4-8.1(b), and 4-8.4(c); and
WHEREAS, the Court finds Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law in this state.
It is further ordered that prior to submitting any petition for reinstatement as provided in Rule 5.28, Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher, shall submit to the Board of Law Examiners an application for character and fitness as prescribed in Rule 8.05. Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher, shall include with any petition for reinstatement the report prepared by the board in response thereto.
It is further ordered that Thomas Michael Fisher comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
The $1,000.00 fee prescribed by Rule 5.19(h) is assessed against Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher, payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.
Costs are taxed to Respondent, Thomas Michael Fisher.
