Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement after discipline is sustained and Petitioner is reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of five years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those contained in Rule 5.225 and the terms of probation filed herein on December 1, 2017. Petitioner may file a motion for early termination of probation if all conditions of probation have been satisfied prior to the completion of the term of probation.
