ORDER

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a statement of acceptance of the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel pursuant to Rule 5.19(c) advising the Court that Respondent, Yi-Ling Redman, has engaged in conduct in violation of Rules 4-8.4(b), 4-1.1, 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.16(d), 4-8.1(b), 4-8.4(d), 4-3.2, 4-5.4, 4-5.3, 4-5.3(c)(2), 4-1.15(a), 4-1.15(b), 4-8.4(c), 4-1.15(d), 4-8.1 and 4-5.3(c)(1) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;

The Court finds that Respondent, Yi-Ling Redman, is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Yi-Ling Redman, be, and she is hereby, disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled, and that her name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Yi-Ling Redman, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $2000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
