In re: Jeannie M. Bobrink, MBE # 36685
ORDER
Petitioner Jeannie M. Bobrink having filed in this Court a motion to voluntarily surrender her license to practice law in this state; and
Petitioner having admitted in said petition that she violated Rules 4-1.3, 4-1.4, 4-1.15(a), 4-1.15(f), 4-1.16(d) and 4-8.4(c) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
This Court having received the Chief Disciplinary Counsel’s report and recommendation filed herein;
This Court, thus advised, now orders that the surrender of the license of Jeannie M. Bobrink be accepted and that said license be canceled.
It is further ordered that the name of Jeannie M. Bobrink be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state, that she be disbarred, and that her right and license to practice law in this state is hereby terminated.
It is further ordered that Jeannie M. Bobrink comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
