In re: Scott J. Eckersley, MBE # 58659
ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information with notice of failure to attend hearing advising this Court of its findings, after investigation, that there is probable cause to believe Respondent, Scott J. Eckersley, is guilty of professional misconduct; and
Following failure to attend a duly noticed disciplinary hearing, pursuant to Rule 5.14(f), Respondent is in default.
Further, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a recommendation for discipline and suggestions in support thereof; and
Respondent having failed to provide any suggestions as to discipline pursuant to Rule 5.13(b); and
It appearing Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined due to violation of Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that Scott J. Eckersley is hereby reprimanded.
Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
