Note: By order dated December 4, 2020, the Court reinstated Cure and placed him on probation.
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, Kevin T. Cure, has pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, prior offender, under § 577.010, a class A misdemeanor in State of Missouri, Plaintiff, vs. Kevin Todd Cure, Defendant, case number 16AP-CR00922 in Jasper County Circuit Court; In a prior offense, Respondent pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated on March 27, 2014, in Jasper County, and this Court having considered the said information; and
This Court is also aware that Respondent pleaded guilty to the class E felony of driving while intoxicated on June 26, 2018, in Jasper County Circuit Court; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be disciplined pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(e) having been issued by this Court on March 20, 2018, and this Court having fully considered Respondent’s response thereto;
It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, Kevin T. Cure be, and he is hereby suspended indefinitely with no leave to apply for reinstatement for six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Respondent, Kevin T. Cure, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Kevin T. Cure, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
