The role of the Family Court Committee (FCC) is to monitor and assess information, data, funds and forms regarding family and domestic relations courts by making recommendations with regard to best practices in the operation and administration of the family courts, amendments and revisions to Rules affecting practice and procedure, recommendations for statutory changes, and advising as to proposed and pending legislation impacting family courts; by making recommendations regarding court system improvements, monitoring timeliness and sufficiency of required hearings; and working collaboratively with other committees.
