Note: By order dated October 3, 2019, the Supreme Court of Missouri reinstated Bryce Crowley's law license.
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(e) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction for driving while intoxicated, a class E felony, in State of Missouri, Plaintiff v. Bryce C. Crowley, Defendant, in Phelps County Circuit Court Case No. 17PH-CR01872-01 is now final;
The Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Bryce C. Crowley is hereby suspended from the practice of law in the State of Missouri and that no application for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Bryce C. Crowley comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
