Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for nonpayment of enrollment fees, noncompliance with Rule 15, and suspension pursuant to Rule 5.245 sustained. Petitioner, having tendered payment of all delinquent enrollment fees and penalties, having complied with Rule 15, and having presented sufficient evidence that the Rule 5.245 issue is satisfactorily resolved, is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.
