ORDER

Whereas, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(e) advising this Court that Respondent’s conviction for possess with intent to distribute a hallucinogenic drug, a level 4 drug felony, in State of Kansas, Plaintiff, vs. Bryan Eugene Bennett, Defendant, in Ellis County, Kansas, District Court Case No. 17CR-525 is now final;

This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent, and Respondent failed to respond to the same;

This Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that Bryan Eugene Bennett is hereby suspended indefinitely from the practice of law in this state and that no application for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of six months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Bryan Eugene Bennett comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
